I want to return the bike I ordered, are there any fees I need to pay?

• For the returns of new and unused Ebike within 14 days of receipt. Please note we’ll charge a $200 restocking fee.
• For the return of used Ebike within 14 days, we charge a restocking fee that is 20% of the total order value.
• Deliveries that are refused will be charged a $200 flat fee to partially cover our handling costs.
• Approved returns of defective items within 14 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible about this.
