Velotric Nomad 1 Plus Error Codes Troubleshooting Guide

Your Velotric Ebike is equipped with an error detection system integrated into the display and
controller. In the case of an electronic control system fault, an error code should be displayed. The error codes in the table below are the most common and can aid in troubleshooting. If your Ebike has an error code displayed at any time, it is recommended that you cease operation and contact
Velotric immediately.

Error Code Definition Troubleshooting Guide
21 Abnormal current or damaged MOS tube Check whether the controller connector/cable is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the corresponding faulty component. If not, replace the controller with a new one.
22 Throttle fault Check whether the throttle connector/cable is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the corresponding faulty component. If not, replace the throttle with a new one.
23 Missing phase on motor Check whether the motor connector/cable is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the corresponding faulty component. If not, replace the motor with a new one.
24 Motor hall fault Check whether the motor connector/cable is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the corresponding faulty component. If not, replace the motor with a new one.
25 Abnormal brake Check whether the brake lever connector is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the brake with a new one.
26 Battery under voltage Check the battery indicator status. Charge it for 4–5 hours and then try to turn on again

29 Cadence sensor fault Check whether the Cadence sensor connector/cable is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the cadence sensor with a new one.
30 Communication fault Check whether the all connectors/cables are damaged. If it is damaged, replace the corresponding faulty component. If not, replace the motor controller with a new one.
